Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Only items purchased directly from www.adhital.com are eligible.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged.

Custom artwork or made-to-order products
Items purchased on final sale or with heavy discounts
Digital downloads (if applicable)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at connect@adhital.com with:
Order ID
Reason for return
Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, our team will share return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Exchange is only allowed for size changes or defective items, subject to availability.
If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
