Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Only items purchased directly from www.adhital.com are eligible.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom artwork or made-to-order products

  • Items purchased on final sale or with heavy discounts

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at connect@adhital.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, our team will share return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchange is only allowed for size changes or defective items, subject to availability.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
